I had them come out for an emergency repair when my Viking fridge stopped working. I had a ton of food in the freezer that was starting to thaw out. My Dacor Wall Oven barely made it through super bowl weekend. I finally gave in and found Home Appliance to come take a look. The lady on the phone was really sweet and she was able to get me in the next morning. Mark the repairman came out at the beginning of the appointment window. He had all of the needed parts with him and repaired my oven within an hour. Despite how messy the oven was he cleaned up the entire kitchen area where he worked. Love this company and will use them again.
