Appliance Repair by Silver Streak Rooter in Delta, Colorado

I have never paid 525.00 to get my toliet unclogged. Should have not have listened to anyway plumbing that told me to call them.

The older guy named Dave or David came out and was here for four hours and charged us 450 to literally fix nothing. We called a different service directly afterwards and they fixed the problem in less than an hour. They told us they didn't run into any of the problems Dave had. Huge waste of money and will never use again.

I had them come out on a wednesday to snake a clog in my line. On saturday morning the sewer backed up into my bath tub again. My daughter had flushed some hand wipes down the line that had clogged to pipes. They cleared the clog but did not flush all of the wipes out of the lines so the existing wipes in the line clogged again once the water started flowing and caused the second backup to occur. It took a couple days for the pipes to fill with water and back-up into the bathtubs again. I explained the situation to the lady that answered the phone and she said they would charge me another 210 to come out again and fix the problem they didn't remedy 3 days earlier that cost me 300. When said I wanted them to properly fix the issue I already paid them for or get a refund, she promptly hung the phone up on me. I plan to take them to small claims court. Terrible customer service and charged me for something that wasn't properly fixed. Luckily the septic company that pumped my septic and recommended Silver Streak to me Eagle Plumbing and Septic understood how unprofessional Silver Streak handled this situation and offered to come out and fix the issue free of charge. This company does not care about their customers, only their bottom line. Stay away from them at all cost. I run a business and have had a few instances where I've had an unhappy customer, but I have always bent over backwards to remedy the situation. Never have I hung up on a customer. I was not rude whatsoever when I was talking with the lady at Silver Streak. Very unprofessional!
