I had to wait almost two weeks for an appointment, that the service person arrived at 5 hours late. He arrived without the parts to repair my Kenmore washer, after my having given the model number and description of the problem, when I scheduled the appointment. I was assured he would return the following day with the parts to resolve the problem. He never returned as promised by the companies representative.... |
