Appliance Repair by Lowe’s Home Improvement in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Great customer service from inside. The staff is always helpful and Lowes usually has competitive pricing. Store usually looks good. My only complaint is the security outside the store feels privileged. Every time I visit I notice there Hummer purposely taking up 2 spaces towards the front of the parking lot for no reason I can think of. This is a practice I have not once seen from any other security company. I wish the store management would step in as it does make me feel uncomfortable when you have authority figures that feel they are above the law.

Suki, my dog, leads me into, and around the store. We visit LOWE'S quite regularly, mostly just to browse, occasionally we have an actual purpose. I appreciate the lighting, clean floors and well stocked material bins, but those are not what I appreciate most. What do I appreciate most? The fact that Suki, and all dogs are welcome. Most of our visits are close to an hour in duration. Suki leads me from the entrance, directly to the Garden Center, EVERY time we visit. It's as if she too has a favorite area of the store. After we have explored the Garden Center it is permissible by Suki for us to explore the rest of the store. I take Suki here for a relaxing, safe place to walk. She meets and makes new human friends each time we visit. Sometimes she meets new canine friends too. I have not seen an employee turn around to go in the opposite direction of us EVER. Each time we speak to an employee Suki is showered with love and affection by them. She really enjoys the attention, and I appreciate your employees willingness to take time out of their day to interact with Suki. I gave five stars because of the kind treatment Suki receives when we shop here. I see employees interacting with all of the dogs that are fortunate enough to have humans who are thoughtful and caring enough to bring them into LOWE'S. So I want to say in this review something that I say out loud in the store. Thank you very much for allowing Suki to bring me into your store.

Worst experience buying flooring I've ever had. Spent literally thousands of dollars on tile and carpet. Originally before they measured we were told if we picked out an in stock carpet there was guaranteed 72 turn around for installation. Came in after the measurements and he said oh we can't do that anymore. We were still very specific with him about picking out in stock carpet in hopes that it would be faster because we needed it done sooner rather than later. We picked out a carpet and paid and all was good. Three days later I finally get a call about the install of tile and ask her about the carpet while I'm on the phone. She says Lowe's shows it out of stock until sometime next week. I call back and he says his coworker didn't bother to check to see if there was enough carpet in stock when we were there, and there wasn't, so they had to order it. There was a lot of carpet I would have rather had if I was going to have to wait anyway. So now I'm waiting a week for the carpet to get in when it wasn't even my first choice and I'm very frustrated with the entire process mostly because I was so specific with him as to why we were choosing what we were choosing.

The store was fine, clean, and easy to navigate. Lots of people around to help. We did not find what we were looking for bacterial wipes as the entire country is going crazy over the "virus." But rhe store is well laid out and very clean. Easy to fins parking in the large parking lot.

Me and my boyfriend came into this location because we were advised they were hiring. We went and spoke with a nice young lady In Customer Service she directed us to the back to access in store computer to apply. Keep in mind we are very aware we could of done this online however we were told by a friend who does work in another location to apply in store. So we we ended up walking to far down we ended up on the business side of Lowe's this is where it got bad. I asked a woman who's name was Suzanne who was was behind the desks in Business support and she was so rude I was really shocked on how she didn't even make an attempt to help direct us in the right location. She disregarded what we were asking she was rude and short with us she continued to just repeat she doesn't know why customer service would direct us to her. We asked if she knew where it was or find out she said no. She didn't even ask another employee to help again I didn't appreciate her being as rude as she was to us I have done customer service for over ten years and I know better to just talk to a customer like that I also know if I don't know the answer I would be more than happy to find out to help. Suzanne really needs to find another job if she isn't about helping and definitely rethink how she talks to people. We are customers today we were not buying anything however we always come to this location when we do need things. Due to the experience we had today we'll happily shop at Home Depot because I've never been treated like that until today. Thank Suzanne for losing a dedicated customer. If I could do zero stars I would!!!

Amazing associates. The store is well laid out and easy to find what you're looking for. If you can't, there's usually always an associate nearby. The register lines can be a bit slow on weekends for the most part, but besides that, this store is top notch.
