| Lisa Simonyi | Awful service, rude manager-disorganized store. I made the mistake of ordering my quartz counter here. Total disaster. Waited three extra weeks beyond promised install. Quartz I ordered was then out of stock with no delivery date to be had. Ladies in kitchen & bath NEVER answer their phones!!! Always chatting amongst themselves while phones ring-I have had to go in personally each time to reach them and have witnessed this so I know why the phones aren't picked up. Now I am stuck with a different stone than I ordered as well as the wrong cut for my sink-NIGHTMARE!!! Avoid this store!!! |
