Dave was super helpful. He guided us through our options for kitchen appliances as we are remodeling our kitchen. The prices are extremely competitive and he helped us find the best deal for the quality we are looking for. We've shopped around and Appliance Factory prices are lower than what we could find anywhere else! I highly recommend.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Made a purchase last week with a scheduled delivery for Monday. Was told I would receive a phone call Sunday with a delivery window. Sunday came...no phone call. My husband called Monday morning to see what the issue was. Manager informed him that he would have to call back later to figure out what happened with the delivery. Noon came...no phone call. I then called back after 1 o'clock. Manager was still working issue. He finally called back to say that we had to be rescheduled for a later date due to their delivery truck breaking down and and that the refrigerator would be rescheduled for delivery Thursday and we would be receiving a refund for delivery. Wednesday I did receive a phone call stating that the refrigerator would be delivered between 4 and 6 on Thursday. Thursday came....no phone call, no delivery. I tried calling the delivery personnel several times no answer. At a time where food is very scarce, I have absolutely no refrigerator and children to feed. I am very disappointed. If delivery was going to be an issue I wish that I would have been informed so that I could make a purchase elsewhere. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND PURCHASE AN APPLIANCE FROM LOWE'S OR HOME DEPOT. EXPENSIVE, BUT YOU WILL MORE THAN LIKELY RECEIVE MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
