Chris Walker | I called to get a quote with Action Appliance and they informed me there would be a 59 trip charge but if I chose to get the work done with them they would waive the trip charge. After their tech diagnosed the issue they called me and told me what the price would be which was reasonable so I accepted. A day later I checked my credit card statement and they charged the price we discussed in addition to the trip fee. I called to explain how I was mis-charged by 59. She said that was a mistake and the reason I was quoted a lower price is because she thought they already charged me the 59. I understand mistakes our made but I think it's unfair I take the hit for their mistake. As I tried to explain this to the manager on the phone she got extremely aggressive saying, "look I have your contract right in front of me with your signature on it so you accepted it so there is nothing I can do. I responded telling her I have not signed anything so someone must have forged my signature or perhaps my tenant signed it. Even with that she would not budge. The tech seemed to do good work I'm just extremely dissatisfied with how poor the customer service is on the management side. |
