After a bedroom in our house flooded, we purchased the carpet and payed for the install. They left the closet solid concrete---no carpet. Of course this is not what we wanted, but they insisted we did. 6 months later, they have refused to re-install the carpet in the room and will only agree to put carpet in the closet, which will be from a different dye lot. In the meantime, I can't count the number of un-returned calls and managers on "break" when we went in to the store in the process of trying to sort this out. Time to cancel the Home Depot card and find decent customer service elsewhere! |
