| Drew Ayling | I'm not sure how I feel about this place yet. I had a pair of boots resoled, they said it would be a week. I showed up a week later and the guy working behind the desk asked if I saw my boots anywhere in the sea of boots... Uh. Do you not have system for the this? What's my number for? I asked if it was done and he shrugged and disappeared. Another man comes out and asked if I had been helped. I told him the other guy still has my ticket, but was looking for my boots. He disappears to the back too. I'm standing around as they look around and then come back and say it's not done yet and come back on Sunday. I thought they were closed Sundays, but did so anyway. They were closed. Came back Monday. Still not done. Finally almost two weeks later it was done. Happy with my boots, not sure about their system on tracking boots. |
