We called on Friday, and Alex was here on Monday morning to fix our 25 year old gas fireplace. Alex is very knowledgeable, honest, personable, and punctual! Kathy at the front desk is also very efficient and pleasant. Highly recommend Alex, Kathy, and Blue Streak to fix all your appliances including furnaces.

I bought a washer and dryer combo and it worked beautifully. During follow-up phone calls and appointments everyone was professional and considerate and very down-to-earth and handled all of my questions fabulously. Kathy who answered the phone, Bob the owner and the techs I have dealt with have all been friendly courteous and professional. They did a great job getting my machine fixed up and delivered to me. I highly recommend these folks because they truly truly stand behind their work and honor their word of professionalism and being there for you if you have any issues. Everyone deserves an experience like mine when dealing with any business. Give them a call, look through their showroom & know they will be there for you before during and after the sale. I can't say enough about these folks they live up to their reputation in town. I was so happy with their follow-up that I even gave them a fruit tray from my grocery store and a vegetable tray for the tech and his family. I may be pouring it on a little thick but I was very very happy and very very satisfied with these people.

I have a Kenmore front loading machine which is around 12 yrs old. Never had a problem until last month. Called several places around Durango and either they wouldn't fix it or never returned calls. I ended up calling Sears and they said they would have someone come out sometime during the 2nd week in February to take and look at it. I was so frustrated. I finally decided to give Blue Streak Appliance a try. So glad I did! Alex came out the next day, figured out the problem, had the part with him that I needed and viola my machine works!!! Can't tell you how extremely please and happy I am! Thank you Alex for fixing my machine! Blue Streak Appliance will definitely be my first call if I have any more problems with my appliances!
