These folks are not only skilled and customer service oriented. They are just super nice as well. I highly highly recommend them.

AVOID Alpine!! Incomprehensible repair business practices have me editing this review over and over to keep it PG rated. Agree a 0 star rating is warranted. Owning a DACOR wall over, I had been at the mercy of Alpine for Certified Warranty services. What A Scam. I spent 918 in repair services in 2018 with Alpine... to wire the computer in backwards. Their mistake. Did they come out to repair the issue gratis? Assumed so, but no, they automatically charged my credit card an additional 136 to repair their mistake without authorization. All the while damaged the custom wood cabinetry at an additional cost of 150. The owner would not speak to me directly to communicate or offer refund. Cherry on top, 15 months later the parts have failed yep, a 12 month warranty! and I will make the repair myself. To provide a metric of how much their mark up is in 2014 the oven had the same issue and repair service completed by Appliance Connection sadly retired for the cost of 363. Message to ownership: it's a small valley and reputation is king- please communicate more with customers who have issue especially when you write on your invoices in caps lock you GREATLY APPRECIATE OUR BUSINESS. Actions do not reflect this manifesto!

Terrible customer service. I spent close to 4,000 with Alpine on a new washer/dryer. The install they did, though "per manufacturer specs" placed the machines so far from the wall that it made my laundry room unusable. They refused to come back and work on another solution. I was promised a call from the owner that never came. I ended up having to hire an independent appliance repair company to do the job properly. I could have bought the same machines for 700 less at AJ Madison. Now I wish I did.
