| chris lujan | Alright well you are always worried about picking the right service provider when you're about ready to drop some good money on a new furnace. I narrowed my choices down to two providers. Colorado Comfort Pros called me within minutes of leaving a voice mail. The night before our carbon monoxide detectors went off in the middle of the night. Of course you can't smell carbon monoxide but both the downstairs and upstairs detectors were going off. We called 911 and Platte canyon fire came right out and confirmed that the house was full of the silent killer! The next morning Greg from CCP came out and confirmed that a part in the furnace was cracked and needed to be replaced. After reviewing our options with my wife, we decided on a two stage furnace. Within 72 hours we had a new furnace installed. Greg and his crew came out and removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment in less than 3 hours. Very professional, answered my 100 questions that homeowners have and the price was very good. I highly recommend CCP you wont be disappointed! Thanks CCP , Lujan family in Mill-Iron D. |
