Waited a week for the appointment to fix our refrigerator, they confirmed the appointment the morning of, and at the last second canceled because “they didn't have a technician available.” They made no effort to quickly make it up to us, and said we'd have to wait another week and a half to reschedule the appt they canceled. Horrific customer service and a total waste of time!! |
