My wife and I have used these guys for about five years now and purchased probably 1k worth of appliances from Rob and his family business. When I've had mechanical issues Rob has honored the warranty or charged a reasonable amount to come to my house and solve the issue. Has everything always been perfect? No, but this is a used appliance store..... “You get what you pay for.” Don't expect top level customer service or product performance when you're paying much less than new retail. |
| Darlene Chism | Rob is a con artist. The ad on Craigslist said he was selling his fiances washer and copied a photo of a washer in someones house and said it was his. Said it was like new and ran great. It looks like it is 10 years old and doesn't run. I have a photo of the one on CL and the one he sold me and they are different. Would not return calls for me to get my money back. |
