They were at my house within 30 minutes amazingly!. My dryer was laboring to dry anything, understandably, since I had not cleaned out the vent system in more than a year. What a mess ! Andrew worked for more than hour to clear the problem, and my dryer was resurrected. I was so happy with Andrew's diligence, I tipped him and called his boss Alex to let him know what a great employee he had. Turns out both Andrew and Alex were graduates from a reputable Carmichael boys' high school where I taught for decades.
