| BRICK TOP | My experience with them is with the pushy rude wife. I've been referring them with customers for over 4 months through work. Finally the day came when I needed a washer and she refused to work with me on a discount for all the referrals I've given them. All I asked for was 40 off a 290 washer they was selling. She REFUSED. She wouldn't let the husband speak to me to negotiate as if she wore the pants and made the decisions. RUDE! She even offered to remove my old washer if I made a purchased with tax for something used. They offer to remove your old one only to resell it for a profit. DEN OF THIEVES! Last time I ever refer them to anyone. Screw her! |
