We had a leaking dishwasher so we called Vincent. He was running late on another job so he called us to let us know he was delayed but would be coming in another 45 minutes. We appreciated that he communicated with us instead of leaving us to wonder if he was coming. When he arrived he was very nice and got right to work. He quickly determined that we did not have a leak under the dishwasher rather, we were overloading the dishwasher and the door was not closing properly. Vincent didn't charge us for his visit. What a rare find--an honest, courteous repairman. We will definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

Vincent was professional, friendly, and courteous. I asked him to call me at work so I could meet him at home and not have to wait all afternoon. He called and showed up at the agreed upon time. He found the problem quickly, explained to me what needed to be done, had the parts in his truck and completed the repair in less than an hour. He also did a couple little extra things. I love it when people go above and beyond. He showed me the worn out parts. I highly recommend Vincent.
