Dustin, the service technician responded and in a very timely and professional manner diagnosed the pump problem. Unfortunately our pump had to be ordered. The company kept me updated on the delivery status and within 24 hours Dustin was back at the house and installing the pump. Super service at a reasonable price. I'll have no problem calling them again should another appliance issue arise. |
