The outside company they sent did not fix the problem, they actually made it worse. The staff and technician were very unprofessional. At the end of the day I had no choice but to accept them coming back to fix it again. I requested a different company and sears told me the had to be the ones to fix it. Even though the part they ordered was an ice maker part for a refrigerator instead a part for my washing machine! |
