Adub A	Terrible service. They sent out an unqualified unprofessional hack to repair /calibrate the thermostat in my new Thor oven. After taking my oven apart he stated the thermostat could not be adjusted. And that no new ovens thermostats were adjustable. Which is funny because Thor sent me a pdf showing how to adjust the thermostat in my range. He also stated any loud or strange sounds coming from a range were not fixable if the range came that way from the factory. ??? Never ever would I pay to have frank and sons work on my appliances.
