Horrible service. The first time we called Vic was a disrespectful and unprofessional service man that was sent to our home. We paid more than 200 for him to clean the refrigerator and to check it, which he believed was necessary in order for the refrigerator to work. Obviously no real repairs were done so the problem continued. Less than ten days, the problem began again, the refrigerator did not cool. Vic came again, he passed his steamer around said "That is strange, everything looks fine, don't open the refrigerator door for a long time." Nothing was fixed, the problem consisted and I called to speak to the administrator Ross. He was another disrespectful unprofessional that said nothing can be done unless we pay an additional 300 to replace a part and to check it. This happened within two weeks and eventually we had to go with another company to fix the fridge. I strongly recommend you to go elsewhere. Three reasons not to call this company: 1 Unprofessional and disrespectful 2 High cost for poor service 3 Lack of experience from workers

Was quoted one price and then half way thru said the repair will cost twice as much. No customer relationship will not use them again.
