They gave me an appointment 8 days after i requested one and then the service person showed up at 430 i stead of 8-12 window and said he will be back next day but he did not come back until 8 days. I kept on calling their service center and chatted online. They kept on saying we have escalated your issue and you will be contacted in one to two hours, yea sure. If I did not have a warranty my 3k fridge compressor broke only 4 years after it was plugged in, how stupid is that? Kenmore Elite breaking just after 4 years I would have never ever contacted Sears for this. |
