Takes a look at it and says oh no we don't service GE Harmony. After taking time off of work... the employee should ask and know what they service and don't service. |

| Rob J | If and when any of your appliances break down, this is the business to seek out. They are efficient, courteous, professional and always charge you fairly. There where two instances when I used their services in Chino Hills. Once was for fixing a washing machine which was wobbling like crazy on the spin cycle and the other time was when our refrigerator kept freezing our food. Both times Dave, the technician came and immediately diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He answered all my questions upfront with what needed to be done. For the problem with our washing machine he had the part on him and it was immediately fixed and for the refrigerator repair he had to order the part so that took a few days to fix. In and out and the problem was solved. It's good to know that you can expect an easy process with Dave. Of course I had to ask him if he was actually was thee Dave, but jokingly he said no, the actual Dave started the business in the 70's and now his son has taken over. I'm glad to support to local business that is family owned who hire knowledgeable employees who gets it right. In the future, I will always call on David's to get the job done. |
