| Carin Smith | The only reason I gave this 1 star is because the service technician was super. Otherwise I would have given ZERO stars. The tech came out, diagnosed in about 5 minutes the problem, changed out a 18.00 part and I was charged 339.04. The labor was 191.84 and the Diagnostic fee was 129.00 - the diagnostic fee was not deducted from the total amount as is the usual custom. I had no other choice for repair as the refrigerator was a Kenmore and no other repair company would touch it. You can be absolutely sure I will NEVER purchase another Sears appliance. |
