Upon his arrival and look at my Siemens front load washing machine he stated," I do not repair or work on Siemens and to call AHS. He then write down serial number and ask of I paid AHS I said not yet he wrote 75 dollars down on the receipt. I call AHS and found out he lied and told them nothing is wrong with my machine. UKH next time be honest to your customers. I will never ever use you again. And if I can give a 0 I would. And FYI my machine still is not working |
