We are repeat customers having used Carters for our last two homes new heating and air conditioning systems. George worked with us both times. Since we wanted the same system in our new house. George didn't waste our time with the basics we already knew them he jumped right into explaining what improvements Carrier has over the last 5 years as well as convincing me to go with the new Infinity Air Cleaner. While George managed our project and assisted with the installation, much of the work was handled by two of his techs, Kiapo and Edger. They were both polite, respectful and good communicators, always wearing shoe booties inside without even being asked. After the installation George scheduled the duct leakage tests which we passed well below what code allows. Our second Infinity Greenspeed system has been installed for about 5 months now and has been flawless. No regrets on adding the air cleaner on, it makes a noticeable difference on the air quality. I came home from a trip after being away 3 weeks. My refrigerator suddenly decided to stop cooling and freezer was not freezing. I called Carter Services. They were able to send a repairman same day. It was determined that a special part was needed. CARTER SERVICES had the part and a sales person from the shop personally drove the part over to our house so that the repairman could repair the refrigerator the same day. Now that's service! I did not lose any of my food! The serviceman was neat and completed the job in a timely manner!!!!!!
