Within 10 minutes of quick troubleshooting, he figured out the exact problem bad capacitor and fixed the problem on the spot, a total of 15-20 minutes total. The AC is working perfectly now. What was exceptional about his service was that he explained how this problem was caused as well as how to maintain AC units in the future. My own AC unit blew out at my own home and I told him what my observations were when the AC stopped working. Since I live a bit far, he gave me an idea of what the problem is and what to check for when I got home. He was so trustworthy and I'm so glad we weren't tricked into buying a whole AC unit like some companies will try to have you do. Dave was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although I live about 75 miles away, I'm seriously considering having Dave come out to fix my AC as well since he can be trusted and will provide an honest diagnosis.
