| Kaitlyn Kenney | I would not recommend any delivery on appliances not only did they tell my dad they would be delivering it at our house between 12-2 now they aren't even bringing the washer we ordered over three weeks prior and didn't inform us until 730 pm. They tried to say it was due to the road conditions yet we just drove on that road and so has FedEx and UPS . They also advertised free delivery as a holiday special and still charged the card for the delivery which had to be corrected. The lack of informing us on a timely manner and lack of delivering the product would make me not recommend these services now they want us to wait two other weeks due to the fact they only deliver on Tuesday and with the holiday coming up we have a two week wait not... We decided it's not worth it we can just go get a washer locally...this has been such a burden ...we will not continue further services with this store. |
