She demanded I give her my address and would not even allow me to explain that all I wanted was to see if they had a part in stock. I informed her that I did not need service, only needed to see if they had a particular part. She could have calmly informed me that they did not have a parts department. She just handled the entire situation quite poorly and because of this less than 2 minute conversation, I would never do any business with them in the future. And will never recommend them to anyone. You may be having a bad day, but you should not be taking it out on your customers. |
