SeaHag | Dryer was squealing, seemed to be an easy fix. Was back to quiet for about 5 loads and started again. Only lasts a couple of min then stops. Will be sure to call when it gets to annoying. |
Joslynn Betty | I bought my washer from sears so I thought I would call them to fix it when I got the error code LE. They have been out to my house six times plus I had one appointment where no one showed up and have order 4 or 5 different parts. I had to wait around 10 days between each appointment so it's been almost 2 months since my first appointment and my washer is still broken. We just had a newborn so it has been extremely hard without a washing machine and if it keeps going this way he will be off to college before sears actually fixes my washer. I found out at my last appointment that the first part that was order was the wrong part for my washer so it has been breaking all the other parts they have been installing. After the second part did not work I was upset and they told me they would send out a senior technician, they sent out a 22 year old! Really senior technician he was only 22 how long could he have really been working there for? Both technician have been really nice and respectful but just dont really seem like they know what they are doing. I wish I never would have called sears in the first place save yourself some time and money find a different company! |

Susan Nielsen | So far I have been disappointed with the process regarding getting my microwave/oven combination repaired. It has not been completed yet - one visit to determine what needed to be done, follow up phone call to determine potential parts needed, third repair visit no one showed up and I am having difficulty getting another visit scheduled. It's frustrating. I think the main reason is that I did not receive any communication regarding the last service repair call. I can be far more patient when I understand why I'm having to wait. |

Labor cost for something that literally took 5 minutes to install should NOT be over 350 !!!!! Since I am sure the technician does not set the labor cost, I will not use Sears repair department again. Shame on Sears for charging exorbitant costs for labor. |

Determined I needed a new disposal and ordered one and told me I had to find someone to install it as Sears did not do any installation. I was very disappointed to hear I had to find someone after my new disposal arrives and that my warranty did not cover installation. |
