Examined the operation of the dryer and determined there were other issues that need to be repaired. He ordered the part and left us a note the date he will be back. The part came in the day before his scheduled appointment. He tested the operation of the dryer before he left. My 90 year old mother and I were extremely impressed with the service. |

They gave is a 4 hour window on Friday and NO ONE showed up. We took time off of work, missed our kids soccer game, arranged for pickup from school in order to be home and NO ONE showed up. We called and they started to make all sorts of excuses about misinformation and changing our appointment to Monday, etc. I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND SEARS APPLIANCE REPAIR. Beware, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT CALL these people! |
