| James Mrozek | i just got my washer home hooked it uo and was shocked that nothing worked.1. the dryer has to be running in order for the washer to work or turn on.2/.the dryer heating element does not work. cold air only in the dryer. washer over fills the tub. this washer is a lemon. post review tomorrow as to what they say and going to do about it. i feel like this cant be happening or that i just got took for 600 dollars. wow! |

Unlike other services I've used he didn't require a payment just to come and look. He quickly made the repair and came back 2x on subsequent days to check that all was fine. Overall I'm really happy with the service and price. I highly recommend and will certainly use them in the future. |
