doga ari | EXTREMELY RUDE PERSON ON THE HELPLINE. Yesterday evening my husband and I called their helpline, because of our brand new washer shaking during the spin cycle. The woman on the line told us that their team could come and see the washer the next morning. When we asked if she could guide us over the phone about opening the locked door of the washer, so our laundry wouldn't sit inside till the morning, her answers got extremely aggressive. When my husband told her that there was no need to be rude, she exactly answered “There are more important things than a locked laundry inside a washer“ and hanged up on us!! We've never experienced any customer service at this level of rudeness! |
David Gaccione | Technician came out to fix a cooktop. All burners were working but it had a clicking noise from the igniter that wouldn't stop. Technician told me it was 500 to repair but would take 50 off. I asked him how long he would take and he didn't know. I approved of the fix and he was done in 30 min and no parts were replaced or at least they were not presented to me so I assumed it was just a cleaning. Way to expensive. |
