Technician showed up pretty much as scheduled. Problem was a pulley than tensions the belt. To get at this the entire dryer needs disassembly. That was accomplished the repair was made and the dryer reassembled and tested in 30 min. Not bad!

I had my GE Monogram fridge serviced by these appliance repair technicians two months ago and I was happy with their service. Amazing turnaround, the service on my fridge was completed the same day I called. My ice maker had ceased to crush ice and the whole thing was getting jammed all the time. Very annoying. I tried to fix it myself, but I think I made it worse. I should have called a certified technician right away. When I did finally swallow my pride, they fixed my ice maker and I haven't had a problem since. Now, one week ago I noticed my gas range making a strange noise, so I decided to call these guys right away, not even try to fix it myself. The technician figured out that there was a problem with the heating element and was able to solve it right on the spot. Once again I was satisfied with the job done. Just had this guy out to fix our gas dryer. Came out super fast. Really knew what he was doing. And very reasonably priced. Full repair and maintenance within an hour. Owns his own company - just himself, not big corporate. Name is Val and he is very friendly and obliging Russian. Highly recommend if you need something fixing.
