| Jennifer Williamson | They sent a guy to my house. He was there for literally not even 5 mins, didn't take out ANY tools to test anything. Charged me 95 FOR WHAT?! Told me it was the compressor. He didn't take anything apart. They didn't test anything for pressure or leaks or even look at my unit. Then told me it would be 10,000 to replace my refrigerator. I called the lady at the company back and she refused to give me a chance to talk, instead she told me that the guy is very good at what he does and he didn't have to take any tools out to know what was wrong. Definitely don't use these people. |
