They did not even give me a courtesy call to say they would be running late. I had to call n find out n they reschedule on me stating they had emergency to tend to n they get calls from elderly n I responded n asked if my service call was considered non emergency due to having lil ones with no AC in the house as small as 3 years old. He really had nothing to say but I will have some one out there Monday morning as early at 9 am come Monday morning 9 am no show I called again n they stated that someone will be out around noon. So this is my experience I had with them |
