They had helpful knowledge of the PG&E claim process, and made sure I had all the information I needed to expedite the claim. Dealt with Reuben, Jesse and Frankie - they were all very solicitous and made me feel like my service call was important, aka great customer service. I gave four stars because I believe everyone can improve a little, but I'm just not sure how with these folks, who are now on Maple in Salinas. Rock on guys!! |
