He said I could change the timer on washer, if I read the manual. That is not the problem. It does not show the time at onset, like it did at start. And, why WOULD I want to change the time? She said she wouldn't waste her time like I did trying to get the issue resolved. So disappointed - I was told to just believe the third party appliance guy they sent who keeps telling me the part is in the mail. I just have to believe them, nothing else to be done. So 3 months later my freezer part is not in, waiting for the part and dealing with rude customer service. |
