This is the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. I hired Tyler to repair a stove cooktop at a rental property. He was prompt in going out to the residence and diagnosing the issue. He quoted me initially approximately 250 for the repair. A couple days later he contacted me and said the repairs would actually be approximately 500. I told him at that point that I would not go forward with the repairs. He later contacted me and said he would absorb the cost and repair it for what he initially quoted me. Red flag 1 but fine. Tyler then said he was uncertain of his diagnosis for the stove top and set up an appointment with my tenant to follow up. He never showed, no phone call, nothing. Red flag 2. He called me and said he was confident in what he believed to be wrong with the stove top and ordered the parts. 2 WEEKS LATER, I am the one having to call him. He never calls when he says he will, he calls for random phone numbers so it's impossible to get a hold of him. Apparently I was using a friend's number to get in contact with him at one point. Red Flag 3. Finally I told him I wanted nothing more to do with him and simply wanted my money back my mistake. He told me he received the part and could have the stove top repaired by the next day. He knew I was very upset about his complete lack of professionalism but assured me the job would get done. I didn't want my tenant to wait any longer so I agreed. He scheduled the repair with my tenant, and then cancelled 30 minutes after he was supposed arrive, saying he didn't want to deal with this anymore. After that he refused to answer my calls and would only communicate via text message. He sounds like a kid and is obviously completely immature, incompetent or both to pretend to run a business.

I called up to ask them about doing a repair on my LG fridge, and he told me over the phone what the problem was. Instead of recommending that he come out to make the a 800 repair, he instead told me to call LG because my fridge was still under warranty for the air compressor and should be fixed free of charge. I called LG, and they're sending a repairman out tomorrow. This guy made no money off of me, but gave me amazing advice and deserves 5 stars for that alone!
