Fantastic service all around! After calling two other repair service companies, I reached out to iFix. The receptionist was very polite and professional. They took the time to explain the entire process and assured me they would be able to help. Ariel was our technician and an all around super star! he not only politely shared the diagnosis, estimate, time-frame and process, but he lived up to every expectation he set. The quote was also very reasonable. He delivered top-notch customer service and was very friendly, I highly recommend iFix! Ask for Ariel!

Called to schedule an appointment for my broken refrigerator and the person who answered was very nice and courteous and got me an appointment for the next day. The man who showed up to fix the refrigerator was very polite and knowledgeable. While he could not fix the fridge that day because he needed to order the parts, he explained to me fully what happened, how the fridge works, and how he will fix it. Sure enough when the parts came in a day later on a Sunday, he was back and my fridge is now working better than ever. Definitely recommend these guys and will use them again if needed!

Ariel repaired my dishwasher and was helpful. Ariel went above and beyond service by giving me helpful tips to keep my dishwasher running smoothly and even recommended how I can keep my dishwasher clean. He identified the drain pump was not functioning iand addressed it quickly.
