| H Davison | To be clear, the service repair technician himself was courteous, came within the 4 hour window and repaired the section of the top rack where the small plastic part had snapped. We have no problem with him. He was here, however, for perhaps 20 minutes. The replacement part was 39. The 20 minutes of labor was 270. We were told that there would be a 129 diagnostic fee, and that this would apply to the work needed. We feel the 320.74 paid was exorbitant for the time spent and what we were informed was very straightforward work done. |
