Said give him couple days to find parts and give me an estimate. Called on day three 10/17/19 said to give a little more time. I ordered a new control board myself and put it in 10/21/19. Dishwasher worked. Week and a half later 10/25/19 i still have not heard back. While they diagnosed the problem correctly. You need to follow up with the customer to fix the issue. Not just charge 55 service fee and leave. Some people could not fix it on there own, which is why they hire you. |
