| Dave Jones | The lack of communication with this company is unbelievable. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Was scheduled for a repair today and after a few hours into my "service window" I called for an update, they said "part hasn't arrived, no one is coming." Don't you think that is information you can easily pass onto the customer prior to the service call time? My appliance has been down for over 4 months because of wrong troubleshooting and lack of customer care. They are over priced, never repair anything the first time and unfortunately they are some of the only people that repair Viking. If zero stars was an option i'd choose it. |
