I can't say enough good things about this place. A couple days ago the dial and mechanism broke on my dryer and I actually spent 600 to replace the dryer. Then my wife and I got to thinking about the possibility of it just being a simple dial replacement. After cancelling the purchase we went all around looking for a dial. My wife found one but it wouldn't quite fit. Then she came here. They took the time to listen to her, look at the part. They identified that there was something stuck in the old dial that was part of the dryer, not the dial. They could've have sold her that piece for 100, but instead helped her get it out of the old dial and into the new one at no charge. It worked perfectly and the old dryer is fixed. Thank you Gianelli's for being so kind and helpful to my wife and saving us a ridiculous amount of money. If we ever have any appliance issues in the future, this will be the first place we go.

Our dryer stopped working after 11 years. Well who better to call then Gianelli's appliance. If we could give Gianelli's Customer Service 10 stars we would. The appointment scheduling was a breeze, the technician showed up on time and and was able to fix the dryer on the spot no need to wait on parts, had everything needed to fix the dryer in his truck. Thank you for a professional service. We will be a return customer for sure.

Our washer went out without any warning. We called Gianelli's for help. They had Richard Gianelli come to our home to diagnose the problem. He arrived ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the issue. He then determined how long it would take to get the part from Fresno and provided us with a detailed estimate and he discussed other options with us. We decided to replace the washer since the old one was over 10 years old. Richard then put us in contact with Richard Jr. Who went over our choices. We thought we would have to wait another day but they were able to deliver the New washer that evening and had it installed and operational in 40 minutes. They then hauled away the old washer at no additional cost. Richard and his team were a pleasure to work with. We will go to them again for appliances repairs and replacement.
