Appliance Repair by The Sewing Cafe in Pismo Beach, California

The women working the store were very friendly as I was browsing around. They have a wide variety of high quality machines that are decently priced. I was able to sit down and sample sew on the display models which was helpful in making my decision. They offer sewing classes and had displays of projects from previous classes which were all lovely. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone wanting to shop for a new machine, and/or interested in taking a class.

These ladies that run this store are too cool for words. They have a nice selection of machines for a good price. They offer same as cash financing and have classes. Go here if you're in town

Every transaction takes way longer than it should. They don't know how to find the bobbins, needles, thread for machines they sold there in the store. Just getting the right bobbins was a nightmare and took over 20 minutes. I told them to please order me 5 packs. I was assured I would be called when they came in. No call, no call. Went back in and it took another 30 minutes to explain what I had already explained in detail on prior visits. No recollection of it at all!!!! Asked for them to be ordered. Waited, waited, called. No recollection. No bobbins but “they will be ordered”. Absolutely ridiculous!!! It has been months. If they can't hire people who know how to conduct business they shouldn't be open! I'm an older person myself so I say this in all honesty...if you can't remember the simplest things, it's time to retire!!!!
