I took in a pair of my favorite Harley-Davidson boots due to one of the heels coming completely off after wearing them only 4 times which I could've returned them to Mfg.Company by the way but chose not to. It was near their closing time but he was kind enough to help me and amazed me with how quick he was able to replace each heel and how great they looked !! I told him I had another pair of boots in my car that needed to be fixed and he was able to fix those and shine them for me . I walked out with both pairs of boots looking brand new and their prices were great as well!!!
