The technician arrived, diagnosed the problem and quoted the price for the needed part which seemed quite high for me.After some discussion he promised me to drop the price by 30 if I agree to write a good review for him. I agreed to do that and fortunately my oven was fixed. However, after the technician left I still had mixed thoughts about paying that money. I decided to research the part and found out that its cost was far much less that I paid for. I was able to find it three times cheaper that I originally paid. I realized that I was simply robbed and felt very betrayed. Basically the company offers discount for good reviews but in turn they just fool their customers. If you ever decide to use them for your appliance needs, make sure that you are not fooled the same way I was.
