| Curtis Redding | advertise for 60 initial inspection, but charged 99. tech was there for 2 minutes but needed a fuse. wait 2 weeks for part to arrive, went to wrong address. tech called in sick and needed another week. the part wa fuse and I bought 5 of them for 4.60. sears wanted 116.40 because they bundled it with other " required" upgrades to the lid switch. they eventual wanted 352.53 to change out a fuse. these are not ethical people and only want for nothing, desperate to try and save sears. FAIL! horrible customer service and when you call they either disconnect you or transfer you to a phone bank in another country. again FAIL! |
| Joan Scully | Watch out! When they tell you about fees, I was told the 99 “Service Charge” would be “AppliedTo” total charges. Well, it was applied - it was ADDED to charges, not Subtracted from owed. In what universe is that what “APPLIED TO” indicates in English ?? Deceptive tactic proves your intent is to rip off your customers. Coming soon to TV station near you !!!!!!! |
