The reason why I'm giving it a 3 star because the technician billed me 600 on the spot just for the labor alone. I had 10 year warranty on my fridge for the parts being replaced. I thought I was gonna pay less because of that. I would have just bought a new fridge if the labor for fixing it is almost half the price of the refrigerator itself. And I had to wait for almost 2 weeks before it got fixed because the tech was missing some parts. Think about how much ice I bought just to preserve our food for that span of time. It was a hassle. |
