Then, rather than just try parts or charge for a full service visit, he charged a minimal fee and suggested we run a few more specific test loads. We did that and discovered the problem was only that we had done some very large washes, and hadn't spun them enough before putting them in the dryer! We were grateful he went out of his way to treat us fairly. |
